Personal Training for Kids

Children can sometimes find the prospect of exercise in larger groups daunting. If your child is perhaps shy and lacks confidence, has special needs, or you simply feel that they could do with that little bit of one on one coaching to motivate them, try WIKIDS personal training sessions for kids before joining a group class. We will work with you and your child to create their own unique personal development plan and diary, tracking progress and setting achievable goals.
